The Vodafone S5 is part of the Protect & Connect range from Vodafone. Released in January 2019 after the subsidence of Thatcham Category 5 the S5 now boasts unrivalled levels of protection and exceptional value for money.

Product Summary:
The security and effectivness of this system relies on Automatic Driver Recognition Cards (ADR).
Using both GPS and GSM the S5 Tracking system communicates your vehicles position 24 hours a day. Each time you enter the vehicle the ADR card is detected and the system disarms. Should the ADR be missing then an alert is generated to the Vodafone S5 monitoring centre who will then contact you within minutes to clarify the location and safety of your vehicle. Unlike the ADR cards on the earlier Category 5 systems the S5 ADR cards can be kept on the vehicle keys, or seperate if you wish. Annual subscription costs after the included first 12 months are £159.00
Optional variants to the Vodafone S5 model are:
- Vodafone S5 Plus - This has all the benefits of the standard S5 but with the protection of Manual Engine Start Inhibit. This allows the Vodafone Control Centre to remotely immobilise the engine after theft, upon Police request. £189.00 Subscription cost per year after first 12 months.
- Vodafone S5 Advanced - (Not yet available, June 2019) This has the benefits of the S5 Plus along with Automatic Engine Immobilisation. It activates whenever the ADR card is not detected by the system and prevents the engine from starting. Subscription cost per year after first 12 months TBC.

If you prefer you can pay a smaller deposit amount at the time of booking and the balance on completion.
