Protecting your vehicle from loss or theft is our top priority, and we’re committed to finding the right security system for you. From selecting the perfect product to installation and beyond, we provide a quality service for all our customers.

We’ll break down every step of the booking and installation process, from browsing to aftercare, and explain why our personalised approach and commitment to excellence keep our customers coming back time after time. 

1. Choose your product

Our mega filter and ‘Help Me Choose My Tracker’ tool are designed to simplify the selection process. Each product shows its main highlights, and you can even check out reviews to find what vehicle tracker, immobiliser, alarm or speed limiter suits you best.

Our comparison feature lets you see different products side by side so you can make a decision that’s right for you. We understand that choosing the right security system is essential, so if you need more help deciding, just give us a shout at 0800 368 858.

2. Place your order

Once you’ve settled on the security product that fits your needs, our efficient order processing system kicks into gear, guaranteeing a smooth checkout journey. Provide your vehicle details, preferred installation location, and a date that suits your schedule. You can then choose from various payment options, including Klarna, for convenient payment spread over four monthly instalments. 

Upon confirmation, we’ll email you all the relevant booking details and an invitation to add the appointment to your calendar for convenience. 

3. The installation process

Our friendly engineer will be there on your chosen installation date, ready to answer any questions you have about the process. We understand that your car is important to you, and we want you to feel 100% comfortable during the entire installation process. We mean it when we say there’s no such thing as a silly question, so please don’t hesitate to ask our engineers anything you need.

The installation will be carried out in a suitable location, ensuring minimal disruption to those around you and your vehicle. Rest assured, your car is in very capable hands, and we’ll take the utmost care and attention during every step of the installation. 

We’ll use protective covers when needed to keep your vehicle spotless and clean up all waste responsibly. We kindly ask that you don’t watch the installation or chat with the engineer while they’re working.

4. Handover and demonstration

After we’ve installed your new security device, our engineers will show you how it all works. We’ll also give you all the important contact details, instructions, and documents, including emergency contact numbers and override codes. It’s a good idea to snap a pic or make digital copies of these in case you lose them. 

Most of our products come with a comprehensive user guide, which we’ll leave in the vehicle. If a smartphone app is involved, you’ll find detailed instructions and helpful articles right within the app itself. 

5. Aftercare and warranty

Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends beyond installation. Don’t be a stranger - if you have any questions or concerns after the installation, our support team is here. Feel free to email us or visit our support section on the website. 

Your product's warranty period is listed on our website's product page or in the literature supplied after installation. If you run into any issues covered by the warranty during this time, like a product fault, you won't pay a penny.
